Where do I find my tracking number? +

Once your order ships, your tracking information will appear on your Shopify order status page and in your shipping confirmation email.

Why hasn't my tracking updated yet? +

Tracking can take a little time to update after a shipping label is created. If it still hasn't updated after a reasonable amount of time, contact us and we'll take a look.

My order says delivered, but I don't have it. +

Check around the delivery location, with anyone else at your address, and with neighbors if appropriate. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us and we'll help determine the next step.

Can I change my shipping address? +

Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order begins fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to change its destination.
