Can I place an international order now?

Not quite. Checkout is currently keeping things domestic, so orders can only ship within the U.S. for now.

When will international shipping be available?

We don’t have a launch date yet. We’re sorting through carriers, costs, customs, tracking, and all the other tiny details required before the panic can safely cross borders.

Can you make an exception for my country?

We wish we could, but we can’t process one-off international shipments right now. That helps us avoid surprise fees, unreliable tracking, and packages becoming international mysteries.

How will I know when it launches?

We’ll make some noise. Updates will show up here, through email, and on our socials as soon as Soft Panic is ready to travel.
